By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms ensure a transparent, safe, and professional experience for both our clients and practitioners.

1. General Information

The Nordic Skin Clinic provides aesthetic and skincare treatments performed by qualified and insured practitioners.
 

All treatments are subject to a mandatory consultation to determine suitability.
 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
 

By booking an appointment, you confirm that all information provided (including medical details) is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
 

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online via our official website or directly through the clinic.
 

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
 

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
 

Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day.
 

If you fail to attend or cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
 

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a loss of deposit.
 

Treatments and treatment courses are non-refundable once purchased or started.
 

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

4. Payments

Payment can be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved third-party platforms such as Square or RyftPay.
 

Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will always honour the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
 

Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
 

5. Consultations and Medical Disclosure

All clients must complete a medical consultation form before any treatment.
 

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical information, including medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic procedures.
 

The clinic will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate medical information.
 

6. Results and Expectations

Treatment outcomes vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.
 

We do not guarantee specific results, and multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes.
 

Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully to achieve the best possible results and reduce the risk of complications.
 

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid impacting other clients.
 

Late arrivals may result in a forfeited deposit.
 

8. Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
 

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 

Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
 

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
 

9. Photography and Social Media

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for medical documentation purposes.
 

We will only share images or videos on social media with your explicit written consent.
 

You have the right to withdraw consent for image use at any time.

11. Liability

The Nordic Skin Clinic is not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.
 

We are not responsible for belongings left unattended within the clinic premises.
 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
 

12. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
