Gift Voucher Policy – The Nordic Skin Clinic

Gift vouchers from The Nordic Skin Clinic are the perfect way to share the gift of confidence and radiant skin.
Please read the following terms to ensure a smooth experience when purchasing or redeeming a voucher.

1. Voucher Types

We offer two types of vouchers:

Physical Gift Cards – beautifully packaged and available for collection or delivery.
 

E-Gift Cards (Virtual Vouchers) – delivered instantly via email and redeemable online or in clinic.
 

Both types hold the same value and follow the same terms below.

2. Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
 

The expiry date is printed on the card or included in the confirmation email.
 

Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
 

3. Redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed in clinic or online towards any eligible treatment or skincare product.
 

They must be presented at the time of redemption (digital or physical copy accepted).
 

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
 

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
 

They cannot be exchanged for money or used to purchase additional vouchers.
 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Vouchers

Physical gift cards should be treated like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
 

For virtual vouchers, if you lose your confirmation email, contact us at contact@thenordicskinclinic.com and we will do our best to reissue it, provided proof of purchase is available.
 

6. Cancellation Policy

If you use a voucher to book an appointment and cancel within 72 hours, the equivalent cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher value, in line with our standard Cancellation Policy.

7. How to Purchase

Gift vouchers can be purchased:

In Clinic: during your appointment or by visiting the clinic reception
 

Physical vouchers can be collected in person or shipped upon request.
