1. Aftercare Guidance

Every client receives individualised aftercare advice specific to their treatment.
 

Instructions are provided verbally and/or in writing immediately after your appointment.
 

These guidelines are designed to help optimise your results and reduce the risk of irritation, swelling, or other side effects.
 

If you ever have questions about your aftercare, you can contact the clinic directly for personalised support.

2. Post-Treatment Contact

For most treatments, minor redness, tenderness, or sensitivity can occur — this is normal and typically resolves within a few days.

3. Follow-Up Appointments

Some treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, or microneedling, may include a follow-up or review appointment to assess your results and ensure your satisfaction.
 

Follow-up appointments should be scheduled within the timeframe advised by your practitioner.
 

4. Emergency Care

If you experience severe pain, visual disturbances, or signs of an allergic reaction following a treatment, seek immediate medical assistance by calling 999 or visiting your nearest A&E.
Please also notify us as soon as possible so we can provide appropriate clinical support.

5. Ongoing Skincare Support

Your results and long-term skin health matter to us.
We encourage clients to book periodic maintenance appointments or skincare reviews to ensure lasting results and balanced skin health.
