To maintain this standard and respect all clients’ time, we kindly ask that you review and understand our cancellation policy below:
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment time will forfeit your booking deposit.
- For treatments booked without a deposit, a £50 late cancellation fee will apply.
- Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their booking deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
- Booking deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment.
- Treatments and courses purchased are non-refundable once started.
- We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to accommodate a one-time exception at our discretion.
